<b style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><u>Responsibilities</u></b><br><ul style="margin-top:0in" type="disc"><li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "Arial",sans-serif">Responsible for Overall sales of PG & P product line especially in wielding consumables.<o:p></o:p></span></li> <li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "Arial",sans-serif">Strong business relationship with end user, dealers and sugar industries to generate demand and supply the required electrode.<o:p></o:p></span></li> <li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "Arial",sans-serif">Accountable for achieving the assigned volume and revenue targets.<o:p></o:p></span></li> <li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "Arial",sans-serif">Successfully maintain DSO and Recovery targets as assigned by the business Head.<o:p></o:p></span></li> <li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "Arial",sans-serif">Drive the sales activities by visiting the existence customer/dealers.<o:p></o:p></span></li> <li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "Arial",sans-serif">Generate Sales report on weekly and monthly basis.<o:p></o:p></span></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Ability to close the deal with effective strategy & Profitable growth of the territory business. <o:p></o:p></span></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Negotiate with the existence customer and finding out new customer for continuous sales development. <o:p></o:p></span></li> <li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Present, promote and sell products/service using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.<o:p></o:p></span></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Coordinate and manage customer deliveries.<o:p></o:p></span></li> <li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "Arial",sans-serif">Preparing Quotation for customers.<o:p></o:p></span></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Maintain and update a list of suppliers/vendors, customers.<o:p></o:p></span></li> <li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "Arial",sans-serif">Achieve agreed sales targets and payments within the schedule time.<o:p></o:p></span></li> <li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "Arial",sans-serif">Follow the essential guidelines and procedures.<o:p></o:p></span></li> <li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "Arial",sans-serif">Ensuring customer satisfaction through regular engagement and Visits.<o:p></o:p></span></li> <li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "Arial",sans-serif">Resolve customer queries/issues and facilitate customer service.<o:p></o:p></span></li> <li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "Arial",sans-serif">Achieve Sales visit target as per the company policy.<o:p></o:p></span></li> <li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "Arial",sans-serif">Reviewing the North debtors list on weekly basis.<o:p></o:p></span></li> <li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "Arial",sans-serif">Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.<o:p></o:p></span></li> <li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "Arial",sans-serif">Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting method of payments.<o:p></o:p></span></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Maintain Record of customer Invoices and payment. <o:p></o:p></span></li> <li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "Arial",sans-serif">Ensure to implement company policy related to credit.</span></li><li class="MsoNormal">Any other task as may be assigned by the Line Manager from time to time.</li></ul><u style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: 700;">Qualification</u><br><div><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">MBA Degree (along with BE degree) with 2 - 3 years of industrial sales experience.</span></div><div><u style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: 700;"><br></u></div>
