Deputy Manager Treasury
Location
: West Wharf, Karachi
<div>Responsibilities</div><div><br></div><div>Independently lead the Treasury function including financing facilities trade management, insurance management, cash flow forecasting, retirement fund management and general operations.</div><div><br></div><div>Effectively negotiate with Banks to secure long term and short term financing for the Company at competitive rates and manage security/charge against financing facilities</div><div><br></div><div>Critically review new financing agreements as well as renewal agreements and bank contracts</div><div><br></div><div>Collaborate with banks and Procurement Function for opening of LCs, Bank Contracts and Foreign Remittances. Register cases with SBP for remittances, responding SBP s queries and follow up for timely approvals.</div><div><br></div><div>Review contracts for new projects and advise commercial teams on contract terms relevant to treasury.</div><div><br></div><div>Ensure adequacy of insurance risk coverage for Company s assets at competitive rates and terms and timely processing and follow up of insurance claims.</div><div><br></div><div>Collaborate with Credit Rating Agencies to obtain Company s credit rating and annual renewal.</div><div><br></div><div>Devise and implement Petty Cash controls and manage project related CAPEX and cost controls</div><div><br></div><div>Managing customers collections and co ordinate with Business Heads for effective working capital management</div><div><br></div><div>Prepare forecasts and financial models for business plans and new projects</div><div><br></div><div>Prepare projected annual and monthly cash flow forecast and daily cash position</div><div><br></div><div>Manage bank reconciliations and ensure timely clearing and adjustment of outstanding items</div><div><br></div><div>Manage Retirement Funds including accounting and investments and ensure that they comply with applicable regulations.</div><div><br></div><div><div>Requirements</div><div>ACA/ ACCA ACMA/ MBA Finance or equivalent with 5 / 7 years of related experience</div></div>
