Qualification: MBA + BE (Chemical / Mechanical) degrees

Experience: minimum 3 – 4 years of industrial sales experience

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Identifies new opportunities
through initial lead identification and qualification.</li><li>Pursues and closes new
business/sale through sales call, strategic planning, sales presentation,
negotiations and follow – up and relationship building.</li><li>Effective use of ‘Sales Pro’ tools
for planning and tracking new Business Development opportunities.</li><li>Aligns internal resources to
initiate business with new customers through close coordination with internal
functions.</li><li>Identifies new revenue streams to
bolster sales revenues</li><li>Manages customers by effective use
of “Sales Pro’ tools for Account Management for maintaining account
profitability, retaining 100% customers, and capitalizing all new businesses in
existing accounts.</li><li>Monitors, achieves and reports
assigned targets of DSO, Cost Recovery &amp; sales assigned portfolio.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepares annual, quarterly,
monthly, and weekly sales plans and prioritize sales activities so these
targets are met.</li><li>Ensures compliance with
market/customer visit targets.</li><li>Ensures timely and accurate record
keeping for credit limit requests, contracts, and customer pricing information.</li><li>Manages company assets at assigned
customers such that they are not being over/under-utilized.</li></ul><o:p></o:p>
