<p style="language:en-US;margin-top:3.48pt;margin-bottom:0pt;margin-left:0in; text-indent:0in;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;direction:ltr; unicode-bidi:embed;mso-line-break-override:none;word-break:normal;punctuation-wrap: hanging"></p><div><span style="text-indent: 0in; color: rgb(0, 32, 96); font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: small; font-weight: 700; text-decoration-line: underline;">Responsibilities</span><span style="color: rgb(0, 32, 96); font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: small; font-weight: 700; text-decoration-line: underline;">:</span></div><ul><li><span style="font-size: small; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;"><span style="color: black;">Visit customer’s site/location to audit the cylinders/PCCs and safeguard company assets.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size: small; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;"><span style="color: black;">To ensure that that all POL Assets (Cylinders/PCCs) are properly accounted for, discrepancies are reconciled, and records are updated to maximize the company’s rental revenue and asset records.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size: small; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;"><span style="color: black;">To ensure that customer cylinder/PCCs holdings would be analyzed periodically by taking into account customer product consumption trend and its turnover. </span></span></li><li><span style="font-size: small; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;"><span style="color: black;">To share the aging of cylinders/PCCs with Sales teams on monthly basis.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size: small; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;"><span style="color: black;">Monitor cylinder aging through the prevailing system and physically identify the cylinders at customer site which are inactive for more than 120 days and coordinate with sales and deliver team for their recovery.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size: small; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;"><span style="color: black;">Resolve queries raised in the system and ensure cylinder/PCCs record is aligned. </span></span></li><li><span style="font-size: small; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;"><span style="color: black;">Monetary or non-Monetary controls to minimize the risk of loss, damage, and theft of Pakistan Oxygen Limited (POL) assets (cylinders/PCCs) in POL Customers’ or Dealers’ custody.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size: small; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;"><span style="color: black;">Improve the DIFOT (Delivery in Full on Time) by stopping the leakages of cylinders/PCCs to customer who are not approved for extra allocation.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size: small; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;"><span style="color: black;">To prepare Cylinder/PCCs Loss report (if required), containing information regarding lost cylinders.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size: small; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;"><span style="color: black;">Keep a close coordination with supply chain, sales and customers to ensure that cylinder/PCCs records are reconciled at all times.</span></span></li></ul><span style="text-indent: 0in; font-weight: bold; text-decoration-line: underline; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: small;">Requirement:</span><p></p><p style="language:en-US;margin-top:3.48pt;margin-bottom:0pt;margin-left:0in; text-indent:0in;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;direction:ltr; unicode-bidi:embed;mso-line-break-override:none;word-break:normal;punctuation-wrap: hanging"></p><ul><li><span style="text-indent: 0in;">Bachelor's</span><span style="text-indent: 0in; font-size: small; color: black; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;"> degree with specialization in Logistics / Supply Chain with minimum 2 – 3 years of related experience</span></li></ul><p></p> <p style="language:en-US;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;margin-left:0in; margin-right:.1in;text-indent:0in;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph; direction:ltr;unicode-bidi:embed;tab-stops:left 27.0pt;mso-line-break-override: none;word-break:normal;punctuation-wrap:hanging"></p>
