<p style="language:en-US;margin-top:6.0pt;margin-bottom:6.0pt;margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in;text-indent:0in;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph; direction:ltr;unicode-bidi:embed;mso-line-break-override:none;word-break:normal; punctuation-wrap:hanging"><span style="font-family: Arial; color: black; font-weight: bold; font-size: medium;">Responsibilities</span></p> <ul><li><span style="color: black; font-family: Arial; text-indent: -0.38in; text-align: justify; font-size: small;">Carry out month end closing activities.</span></li><li><span style="color: black; font-family: Arial; text-indent: -0.38in; text-align: justify; font-size: small;">Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.</span></li><li><span style="color: black; font-family: Arial; text-indent: -0.38in; text-align: justify; font-size: small;">Monthly management reporting.</span></li><li><span style="color: black; font-family: Arial; text-indent: -0.38in; text-align: justify; font-size: small;">Preparation of various Balance Sheet Schedules and Balance Sheet health check.</span></li><li><span style="color: black; font-family: Arial; text-indent: -0.38in; text-align: justify; font-size: small;">Preparation of bank reconciliation statements and regular monitoring of outstanding items.</span></li><li><span style="color: black; font-family: Arial; text-indent: -0.38in; text-align: justify; font-size: small;">Fixed Assets Management i.e. capitalization, disposal, depreciation runs etc.</span></li><li><span style="color: black; font-family: Arial; text-indent: -0.38in; text-align: justify; font-size: small;">Effective monitoring of Non-Trade Working Capital.</span></li><li><span style="color: black; font-family: Arial; text-indent: -0.38in; text-align: justify; font-size: small;">Assist in preparation of Annual Report.</span></li><li><span style="color: black; font-family: Arial; text-indent: -0.38in; text-align: justify; font-size: small;">Liaise with internal and external auditors.</span></li><li><span style="color: black; font-family: Arial; text-indent: -0.38in; font-size: small;">Any other tasks pertaining to financial reporting process.</span></li></ul><blockquote style="margin: 0 0 0 40px; border: none; padding: 0px;"><div style="text-indent: -36.48px;"><p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-left: 0in; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed; word-break: normal;"><span style="font-family: Arial; color: black; font-weight: bold; font-size: medium;">Qualification & Experience Required </span></p></div></blockquote><ul><li><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="text-indent: -36.48px; font-family: Arial; color: rgb(0, 32, 96); font-weight: bold;">Qualification: </span><span style="text-indent: -36.48px; font-family: Arial; color: black;">ACCA / ACMA / MBA (SAP Skills preferred)</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="text-indent: -36.48px; font-family: Arial; color: rgb(0, 32, 96); font-weight: bold;">Experience</span><span style="text-indent: -36.48px; font-family: Arial; color: black; font-weight: bold;">:</span><span style="text-indent: -36.48px; font-family: Arial; color: black;"> 2 years of relevant experience preferably in a list manufacturing Company</span> </span></li></ul>
